Bio
AstraLogik is a Queer Filipina musical duo based in the Bay Area, California. Their genre-blending sound—chill-folk-R&B-soul—tells the story of their lived experiences as Filipino Americans, a queer couple, and survivors of violence and homelessness. Through their journey as musicians and performers, they discovered soundbaths as a powerful healing modality.
What began as a personal therapeutic practice during the pandemic—blending digital frequencies with traditional and modern instruments—has since evolved into immersive, in-person community events. These soundbaths are now a core part of their artistry, deepening their exploration of sound as a tool for healing, empathy, and collective care.
Their creative work as a whole is rooted in decolonization, holistic wellness, and mental health, offering a sonic space where resilience and self-discovery can flourish.
AstraLogik has shared the stage with artists such as Hirie, Jake Zyrus, Zion I, J Boog, Macy Gray, Estelle, Robert Glasper, and Anomalie. As original members of The Balikbayans, they have supported rapper Ruby Ibarra and are currently part of Pinay Voltron, an 8-person Filipina-American collective of musicians, songwriters, and producers.
